I have always been a “Researcher of Truth.” It sounds like a serious job title, doesn’t it? But for me, it was never a career—it was a hunger. I spent years looking for the Truth outside of myself, combing through the noisy, chaotic density of the 3D world, hoping to find a secret instruction manual hidden under a rock somewhere.
Spoiler alert: It wasn’t there.
My journey started in a Hindu family. I was surrounded by a beautiful, vibrant culture, but I found it overwhelming. The vast pantheon of gods, the endless rituals—it felt like looking at a galaxy and trying to count the stars. I respected it, but my soul was itching for something else. Something… quieter.
The Spiritual Buffet
So, I went exploring. I became a metaphysical tourist.
I practiced Reiki.
I flowed through Tai Chi.
I even took initiation courses to connect with Angelic realms.
I turned my gaze toward Buddhism. I traveled to McLeod Ganj, the headquarters of the exiled Dalai Lama. I can still close my eyes and feel that atmosphere—the crisp air, the maroon-robed monks walking in quiet contemplation, the spinning prayer wheels. It was serene, yes. But I was still looking. I was still a tourist visiting the Truth, not living in it.
The Art of Just “Tree-ing”
It wasn’t until I started to understand the nature of Stillness that the joke finally landed. We humans are the only species that struggle to simply exist.
Consider a tree. You never see an oak tree having an existential crisis. It doesn’t wake up at 5:00 AM, drink a kale smoothie, and recite affirmations in the mirror like, “I am a tree. I am a strong tree. My bark is magnificent today.”
No. It doesn’t try to be a tree. It simply is. It just stands there and “trees.”
The same goes for a dog. Your dog doesn’t have an ego. It doesn’t look in the mirror and worry, “Do I look like a Golden Retriever today? Or am I giving off too much Poodle energy? What will the other dogs at the park think of my tail wag?”
A dog exists in a state of pure “dog-ness.” It is happy just being.
We are the only ones running around trying to “be spiritual,” or “be successful,” or “be authentic.” We are exhausted from all this doing. The path to the Authentic Self isn’t about adding more layers; it’s about stripping them away until you are just… being.
The Master of Stillness
This is where I truly met Christ. Not as a religious figurehead, but as a Master of Stillness.
When I opened the Bible, I realized it wasn’t just a history book; it was a manual on how to stop “doing” and start “being.” Jesus taught the art of tuning the human instrument to the frequency of God. The Bible is obsessed with this concept of slowing down to access power.
“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
Notice it doesn’t say “Hustle and know,” or “Read a thousand books and know.” It says Be Still.
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:14)
“Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart… but the Lord was not in the wind… After the fire came a gentle whisper.” (1 Kings 19:11-12)
The Truth wasn’t in the earthquake or the fire. It was in the silence.
Zen and the Christ Frequency
This is where the East meets the West. The Zen masters speak of the “Is-ness” of the moment. When you strip away the dogma, the Zen monk sitting in zazen and the Christian mystic entering the “Secret Place of the Most High” are accessing the same frequency.
They are accessing the Now.
To know your Authentic Self, you have to stop being the character you play in the 3D movie. You have to shut down the script. You have to be like the tree—rooted, present, and without the need to prove anything to anyone.
Cracking the Eggshell: A New Frequency
We are currently living through a massive frequency shift. Can you feel it? It feels like pressure, doesn’t it? That is because we are the chick inside the egg, and the shell is finally cracking.
For a long time, the world has been governed by noise, force, and external validation. We believed that if we weren’t busy, we weren’t valuable. But the frequency of the New Earth is different. It is not about forcing outcomes; it is about allowing alignment.
This is the essence of Christ Consciousness. It is not a religion; it is a state of energetic unity. It is the realization that the “Kingdom of God” is not a place you go to when you die—it is a frequency you tune into right now, within your own heart.
The Internal Guidance System
When we stop the noise, something incredible happens: our internal guidance system comes online.
In the old energy, we looked for instructions outside. In this new energy, the instructions rise from within. It’s that deep, gut-level “knowing.” It is the peace that passes understanding.
When you are still, you stop reacting to the world and start co-creating with it. You stop fighting the waves and you become the water.
The Final Instruction: Just Be
We are moving from a time of seeking God out there (in the temples, in the rituals, in the noise) to realizing the Truth is in here.
So, stop trying to be a “better” human. Stop researching for a while.
Just be.
Be like the tree.
Be like the dog.
Be still, and know.
